Our payment processing partners maintain PCI DSS compliance (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) for handling cardholder data.
6. Cookies, Analytics, and Your Choices
Cookies we use:

Strictly necessary cookies (session, cart, checkout, security)

Your choices: -
Accept or reject non-essential cookies through our cookie banner/preferences tool
-

We honor "Do Not Track" / Global Privacy Control signals where required by law
Third-party cookies: Some cookies on our site are placed by third-party services, such as Google Analytics or apps available through the Wix App Market. These third parties may have their own separate privacy practices governing how they collect and store information, which are not covered by this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review their privacy policies directly.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain accurate business and financial records, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Resale certificates and tax IDs are retained only as long as necessary to comply with CDTFA and IRS requirements — generally at least [7] years for financial and tax-related records, consistent with IRS and California guidance. When no longer needed, information is deleted or de-identified.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including HTTPS/SSL/TLS encryption, restricted access to authorized personnel, authentication controls, and regular system maintenance. Our invite-only platform structure further limits access to buyer information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected buyers as required by California law (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.82).
9. Sensitive Business Information (Tax ID and Resale Certificates)
As part of our wholesale verification process, we collect business tax IDs (EIN) and resale certificates. This information is used solely to verify your eligibility as a wholesale buyer and to comply with California resale certificate and tax recordkeeping requirements. It is stored with restricted internal access and is not used for any purpose beyond verification, compliance, and order processing, and is not shared with parties other than those described in Section 4.
10. International Data
As part of our sourcing and fulfillment operations, order and shipping information may be processed or transmitted internationally (for example, through customs documentation for shipments originating in China or Japan). Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of your information consistent with this policy.
